Terms and Conditions for Software Subscription

By signing up for or using our software subscription, you agree to be charged on a monthly or yearly basis for the services we provide.

We reserve the right to change the price of our subscription at any time, but we will provide you with at least 30 days advance notice of any price changes.

Our software subscription is provided “as is” and we do not offer any warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance or reliability of our software.

We will use reasonable efforts to keep our software operational at all times, but we cannot guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to keep your login credentials and account information confidential, and you agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We do not permit the sharing of login credentials, users must purchase additional user licenses in order to accommodate multiple access points.

We have a no refund policy for our software subscription. Once you have been charged for a month of service, the fee is non-refundable, even if you do not use the software.

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at any time, for any reason, without liability to you. For behavior we determine is detrimental to the platform

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of our software subscription after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

By signing up for or using our software subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy for Trucken Software as a Service Subscription

As a Trucken user, you have the right to cancel your subscription at any time without questions or hassle.

To cancel your subscription, you can send an email to help@trucken.io or navigate to the settings in your user dashboard.

When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Trucken platform for the remainder of the billing period.

Please note that we have a no refund policy for our software subscription. Once you have been charged for a month of service, the fee is non-refundable, even if you do not use the software.
